4.Sample Design and Testing

     Structural Design (ID/MD):

     ✅ID Design: If there are customization requirements regarding the exterior appearance, the ODM company designers will produce 3D renderings.

     ✅MD Structure: Internal stacking design, including pcba circuit board placement, battery cell mounting, and latch positions.（PS：Experienced manufacturers typically modify existing “standard” or “semi-standard” designs that the  has used in the past. This can also ease the burden for those new to ODM service.）

     ✅Engineering Testing: The factory will produce 3–5 prototype units to conduct tests such as cell capacity verification (to confirm actual capacity) and charge/discharge testing.

5.Certification

Power banks are battery products and require certification to comply with platform and customs inspections.
