A European brand wanted to launch a compact 35W GaN travel charger, but needed to validate the design before committing to mass production.
Their initial prototype met basic power output requirements, yet had two critical flaws: excessive surface temperature and inconsistent assembly gaps.
We ran thermal, drop and aging tests to pinpoint root causes. Based on the test data, we optimized the housing structure, PCB layout and updated the BOM.
